Jeep India has increased the prices of the Wrangler in India by up to Rs 2 lakh. This hike is applicable to both variants of SUV – Unlimited and Rubicon. Nearly two months ago, Jeep sold over 50 lakh units of the Wrangler SUV globally in a span of 37 years, and the 50th lakh unit rolled off the assembly line was the 2023 Wrangler Rubicon 4xe 20th Anniversary Edition, which was finished in Earl exterior paint scheme. And now, the Wrangler has received a price hike, now retailing between Rs 62.65 lakh and Rs 66.65 lakh (ex-showroom). The former applies to the Unlimited variant of the Wrangler, while the latter holds true for the top-spec Rubicon variant. The Jeep Wrangler SUV is available across the world and, in India, the automotive giant launched the Wrangler in 2019 in a single five-door variant. It was imported into the country as a CBU (completely built unit). Aiming towards the local assembly of some Jeep products for the Indian market, the manufacturer relaunched the Wrangler in 2021 in a locally assembled guise.
