Korean car maker Hyundai will showcase its high-performance sub-brand ‘N’ at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September. With this step, Hyundai follows the likes of luxury car makers Mercedes and BMW in having a separate badge for performance-oriented cars.
Among the fleets of vehicles displayed, the star attraction from Hyundai’s stable will be an ‘ultimate concept car’, christened as ‘Hyundai N 2025 Vision Gran Turismo. It will share the stage with the 300 PS RM15 concept car (pictured).
Also making an appearance at Frankfurt will be Hyundai’s new i20 WRC car that will make its debut next season. The Korean car maker wants to ‘challenge for the podium’ with their new contender come 2016 Rally Monte Carlo.
With the sub-brand N, Hyundai wants to build on its motorsport portfolio, make race-track capable models and bring ‘the most thrilling winding road’ fun to customers.
