The Hyundai Mobility Membership is only open to new Hyundai customers and is expected to be offered to existing Hyundai customers in the coming months.
In a bid to offer its customers end-to-end car & lifestyle solutions, Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has today announced the roll-out of its latest initiative – the Hyundai Mobility Membership (HMM). The HMM will serve as an ecosystem of exclusive offers and services to HMIL customers. Initially, the Hyundai Mobility Membership will offer curated privileges and offers under three main categories – Core Car, Mobility, & Lifestyle.
As the categories suggest, the HMM will give HMIL customers access to exclusive car-centric, mobility-related, and lifestyle-centric offers & services. Initially, the HMM will only be offered to new customers (starting today). In the coming months though, it will be offered to old / existing HMIL customers as well.
Sharing his thoughts on the launch of the HMM, Mr S S Kim (MD & CEO - HMIL), said, 'Through endeavours like the Hyundai Mobility Membership, we aim to become the "Lifetime Partner of our Valued Customers " in the automotive space and beyond. Beginning the journey with more than 20 distinct partners under one platform and no membership fee, HMM will create value proposition further leading to enhanced customer convenience and satisfaction.'
The process to get registered and use the Hyundai Mobility Membership is explained below:
Coming to the three main categories, under 'Core Car', HMM has tied up with brands like Hyundai MOBIS, Shell, and JK Tyre for car-care needs. Similarly, under 'Mobility', customers will have access to exclusive services from partners like Revv, Zoomcar, Avis, Savaari, & DriveU. The third category, 'Lifestyle', will contain offers from brands like Zee5, Gaana, Dineout, Sterling, Housejoy, Vedantu, 1Mg, Fitternity, Eazydiner, Chaayos, OYO, Portronics, & Lenskart.
The number of partners and services will also be scaled up in the coming months.
