Hyundai Kona SUV has been spied filming in Portugal completely undisguised ahead of global unveil.

Hyundai is set to reveal their latest creation which will be their entry ticket in to the B-segment SUV market globally. The car Hyundai has been teasing with headlamp and grille images is called the Hyundai Kona which will make its debut this summer.

The image reveals all about the exterior styling of the SUV. At the front is Hyundai signature grille and the dual split head lamp design which Hyundai has already teases us with. The front bumper around the main headlamp features plastic body cladding in addition to the wheel arches and side skirts. The fog lamps are positioned down below near the front splitter, flanking the grille.

The car in the image sits on large 5-twin-spoke allow wheels with low profile tyres. The roof line is designed to look like a coupe as it swoops down towards the integrated spoiler on the tailgate. The model which Hyundai was using for its filming, featured a dual tone colour scheme with red exterior colour with a black roof.

The Kona is not expected to arrive in India as the vehicle will sit alongside the Creta. It will cater to the needs of other markets internationally. It will initially be launched in South Korea this summer, and other markets like Europe and Australia will follow.
