The Hyundai Creta N Line, the sportier version of the Creta, has arrived on our market with significant cosmetic changes, a retuned suspension setup, and mechanical upgrades. This is the Korean brand's third performance-oriented N Line model after the i20 N Line and the Venue N Line. While the Creta N Line was launched earlier this week, Hyundai says the i20 N Line and the Venue N Line make up over 20 per cent of the company's overall turbo-petrol powertrain sales. Ever since the launch of the i20 N Line in September 2021, and the Venue N Line the following year, the cumulative sales of both N Line models have surpassed the 22,000-unit sales mark in the country. Furthermore, almost 82 per cent of N Line buyers would rather opt for the top-spec variant, according to Tarun Garg, COO, Hyundai India.
With the newly launched Creta N Line, Hyundai expects this number to increase many folds. The latest entrant is Hyundai's most expensive N Line model, priced between 16.82 lakh and Rs 20.30 lakh. Meanwhile, the prices of the i20 N Line and the Venue N Line start at Rs 10 lakh and Rs 12.08 lakh. The prices are ex-showroom.
At this price point, the Hyundai Creta N Line gets 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels with red brake callipers, dual-tip exhaust pipes, a larger roof-mounted spoiler, twin 10.25-inch screens for the infotainment and instrumentation, 70+ connected car features, dual-zone automatic climate control, Level 2 ADAS, along with a new 1.5-litre, four-cylinder, turbo-petrol unit producing 158bhp and 253Nm of peak torque. The carmaker claims the car can sprint from 0 to 100km/h in 8.9 seconds.
Hyundai Creta N Line: Variants
Hyundai offers the Creta N Line in two variants: N8 and N10. The former is the entry-spec model priced from Rs 16.82 lakh to Rs 18.32 lakh, while the latter falls between Rs 19.34 lakh and Rs 20.30 lakh. The prices are ex-showroom. To know what each variant offers in terms of features, click here.
