Hyundai has launched the Exter Knight Edition in India to commemorate the SUV's first anniversary. Based on the SX and SX (O) variants, the celebratory model is priced between Rs 8.38 lakh and Rs 10.43 lakh (both, ex-showroom). It has a different exterior than the standard model with blacked-out elements like front and rear skid plates, 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, and a Knight logo. The look is further enhanced by red highlights on the front brake callipers, tailgate, and bumpers (front and rear). The Knight Edition comes in five monotone (Starry Night, Atlas White, Ranger Khaki, Abyss Black, and Shadow Grey), and two dual-tone colour options (Ranger Khaki with Abyss Black roof, and Shadow Grey with Abyss Black roof). Hyundai Exter Knight Edition: Interior
The Exter's special version has a black cabin with red stitching and accents. It sports red footwell lights, black satin door handles, and steering, a distinctive Knight seat upholstery with red stitching and piping, and a metal scuff plate.

Hyundai Exter Knight Edition: Powertrain
The Knight Edition retains the 1.2-litre NA petrol engine that produces a maximum power output of 81bhp and a peak torque of 113Nm. The five-speed AMT and five-speed MT are available as transmission choices. Notably, the Exter Knight version is not offered with a CNG option.

Hyundai: Second Best-selling Car Brand in June 2024
With 50,103 units sold, Hyundai was the second-best-selling car brand in June 2024. The company saw a 0.2% increase in year-over-year (YoY) and month-over-month (MoM) sales. The Creta SUV was the third best-selling car last month, marking a YoY growth of 12.78%.
