Hyundai, the country’s largest exporter and the second-largest car manufacturer has just introduced a new engine into the Eon model. The entry-level hatchback, which originally came with an 800cc engine, will now be available with the advanced 1.0 litre Kappa engine as well. The 1.0 litre petrol unit is equipped with latest Dual VTVT technology and is designed to deliver high engine performance and therefore produced 68bhp. The engine also provides a high fuel efficiency of 20.3 Km/l (ARAI Certified). The Eon 1.0 Kappa engine will only be available in the Magna+ variant at a price of Rs.  3,83,130 ex-showroom Delhi.
