Hyundai has introduced a new edition of its performance sedan, the Elantra N, inspired by the race car that competes in the TCR World Tour championships. Called the Elantra N TCR Edition, the special edition keeps the same mechanicals but adds several striking enhancements to stand out. In South Korea, the model goes by the name 'Avante N TCR Edition' and is slated to launch in December, followed by other markets. There's no news on pricing, but we expect it to cost more than the existing Elantra N, which starts at USD 35,100 (Rs 29.62 lakh). Here’s everything you need to know about the new Hyundai Elantra N TCR Edition in depth.

Joon Park, Vice President of N Brand Management Group said ‘Hyundai Motor has incorporated the experience and expertise accumulated in motorsports into ELANTRA N TCR Edition.’
He also added ‘We will continue to enhance the DNA of Hyundai N so that N-thusiasts can experience the thrill of motorsports in their daily lives.’
The Elantra N is a high-performance variant of the Hyundai Elantra with several enhancements. While there is no official confirmation, Hyundai has no intentions to introduce the regular model or its performance-oriented counterpart in our market.
