Hyundai has launched the Creta Knight edition in India, which is available in both petrol and diesel engines. The new edition, based on the S(O) and SX(O) variants, has many cosmetic alterations over the standard Creta, including blacked-out elements such as the grille, badges, C-pillar garnish, front and rear skid plates, side sill garnish, ORVMs, and spoiler. It also features 17-inch black alloy wheels with red brake callipers. The Knight variant features an all-black interior with metal pedals and brass colour inserts. Hyundai Creta Knight Edition: Powertrain
The Creta Knight edition has two engine options: a 1.5-litre, four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol and a 1.5-litre, four-cylinder diesel. The former produces 113bhp and 144Nm, whereas the latter generates 114bhp and 250Nm. The petrol engine is available with either a 6-speed manual transmission (MT) or an IVT automatic, whereas the diesel engine has a 6-speed MT and a 6-speed AT as gearbox options. Notably, the 1.5-litre Kappa Turbo GDi petrol engine which powers both the base Creta and the Creta N Line is not available.
Hyundai Creta Knight Edition: Features
The Creta's all-black edition keeps the standard model's features, including two 10.25-inch screens (one for infotainment and another for the driver's display), 8-speaker Bose sound system, dual-zone air conditioning, ventilated front seats, and a panoramic sunroof. It has a 360-degree camera, 6 airbags (standard), and level 2 ADAS, with features like automatic emergency braking, lane keep assist, and adaptive cruise control for safety.

Hyundai Creta Knight Edition: Other Details
The Creta Knight costs Rs 5,000 more than the standard for the Titan Grey matte paint option. For an additional Rs 15,000, this hue is also offered with a black roof. For the uninitiated, the standard Creta retails between Rs 11 lakh and Rs 20 lakh (both, ex-showroom). It competes with the Honda Elevate, the MG Astor, the Kia Seltos, and the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara.
