The Hyundai Creta EV and Kia Carens EV have been spotted testing together ahead of their upcoming launch in India. These electric models aim to provide eco-friendly options alongside their popular internal combustion engine versions, meeting the growing demand for EVs in the country. Both the Creta EV and Carens EV are expected to feature modern designs and advanced technology, focusing on performance and practicality for Indian consumers. The Hyundai Creta EV will closely resemble the facelifted version introduced earlier this year, but it will incorporate EV-specific features like a closed front grille with an integrated front camera, revised lighting units, redesigned front and rear bumpers, and newly designed alloy wheels with arrow inserts. Inside, the car will have a new gear lever, an updated center console, a 10.25-inch curved infotainment system, a 10.25-inch fully digital display, grey and black dual-tone theme, Creta Electric branding on the seats, and a three-spoke steering wheel.

In contrast, information about the Kia Carens EV is still limited. It is anticipated to have an updated front grille, more aerodynamically designed alloy wheels, and new lighting units. The cabin will probably be similar to that of the internal combustion engine (ICE) version of the MPV.
