In an attempt to reap the success story written by the Amaze from the time of its launch, Honda launched its CNG ready Amaze today.

Almost all of us know what Amaze did to Honda Cars India Ltd. (HCIL) when it was launched in 2013. Tables were turned and soon Amaze was one of the most sought after cars in the Indian market. In order to rewrite the success story, Honda, today launched the CNG ready Amaze in the Indian market. The car will try to lure customers who want more performance and low running cost from their car.

The car will be powered by the 1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol engine with a Honda approved CNG kit. The car will be available in cities that have the availability of CNG. The car will also come with a 2-year warranty as a standard value for all customers.

Commenting on the launch of the new Amaze, Mr. Jnaneswar Sen, Senior Vice President – Marketing and Sales, Honda Cars India Ltd. said, “At HCIL, we constantly work towards enhancing customer experience through our products and services. We are extremely happy to bring the Amaze with a CNG option for our customers, which will not only be cheaper to run and maintain but also eco-friendly.”
