Honda Cars India is all geared up to pull the wraps off its brand-new compact SUV, the Elevate. The Japanese auto manufacturer has partly revealed the SUV's appearance ahead of its official global debut, all set to happen in India. In a brand-new teaser image, the carmaker has shown the Elevate SUV's roof and a portion of its profile. On June 6, Honda will completely remove the cover on the Elevate. The upcoming SUV's strong design elements are depicted in the teaser image released by the automaker. Contrary to some of its market competitors, such as the Hyundai Creta, Honda will not offer a panoramic sunroof with the Elevate. Rather, there is an electric sunroof like the one found on the Kia Seltos. The shark-fin antenna, body-coloured ORVMs, roof rails, and other details can all be seen in the teaser picture. The SUV's taillights will be connected by an LED strip, and Elevate badging will be added. Notably, the Elevate will also compete against the likes of the Kia Seltos and the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara in our home market.

The new Honda Elevate will take styling cues from the globally available CR-V and the next-generation WR-V. It could have daytime running lights with a thin, whisker-like appearance, a large radiator grille with chrome highlights, and LED headlights up front. A broad bonnet, a flat roof with roof rails, short front overhangs, side claddings, muscular wheel arches, wraparound tail lights, and a silver skid plate are further possible features. The new Honda Elevate will have black cladding across its length and width, and its bumper may have a dual-tone appearance. The mid-size Elevate SUV is anticipated to feature a longer wheelbase and a length of 4.2 to 4.3 metres. It is possible that it could be equipped with dual-tone alloy wheels that are presumably 17 inches in diameter. Overall, the Elevate will have a boxy appearance and appropriate SUV dimensions for cruising on highways.
