Honda Elevate SUV Launched in India at Rs 11 Lakh

The prices for the Elevate SUV have finally been revealed for the Indian market by Honda Cars India. The price for the newly launched model starts at Rs 11 lakh for the base variant and goes up all the way up to Rs 16 lakh for the top-of-the-line version. Both prices are ex-showroom.

The prices for the Elevate SUV have finally been revealed for the Indian market by Honda Cars India. The price for the newly launched model starts at Rs 11 lakh for the base variant and goes up all the way up to Rs 16 lakh for the top-of-the-line version. Both prices are ex-showroom. A single powertrain choice and four variations are available for the Grand Vitara competitor. For those unaware, the bookings for the brand-new SUV have been underway for some time now and the deliveries for the same are scheduled to start across the nation today. The Elevate is available in India in four different configurations: SV, V, VX, and ZX. Its single 1.5-litre NA gasoline engine comes from the automaker's popular City sedan.

Honda Elevate: Design Cues

With its slender and sharp headlights, the Elevate's striking front design gives off a bold vibe. The Elevate provides the car with a distinct, modern, and dynamic look when combined with the LED taillamps, two-tone finish diamond cut R17 alloy wheels, full LED projector headlights with LED DRLs and LED Turn indicators, and LED taillamps. There is a range of single-tone and dual-tone colour options for the Elevate. Obsidian Blue Pearl, Radiant Red Metallic, Platinum White Pearl, Golden Brown Metallic, Lunar Silver Metallic, and Meteoroid Grey Metallic are among the colours in this set of shades. Phoenix Orange Pearl is a brand-new colour option in addition to these.

Honda Elevate: Engine Specs 

The new Elevate has been built on the same chassis as the fifth-gen City sedan. The same 1.5-litre iVTEC petrol engine that powers the City sedan, with a maximum output of 120bhp and 145Nm, will also power this vehicle. Its transmission options include a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed CVT. The diesel engine will not be included with the car by Honda. However, a 1.5-litre City petrol-hybrid engine might become available in the future. Its dimensions stand at 1,790mm in width, 1,650mm in height, and 4,312mm in length. Furthermore, it leads its class with a 458-litre boot space.

Honda Elevate: Interior and Safety Features

The SUV's spacious cabin has a 10.25-inch LCD touch-screen, a wireless phone charger, and a 7-inch full-colour TFT instrument panel. The contemporary interior also feels more opulent thanks to the rich brown leatherette upholstery and soft-touch door and dashboard trimmings. Honda Connect, a connected car technology that enables users to control the vehicle remotely and receive important notifications for improved convenience, is also included with the Elevate.

The Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) of Honda SENSING will be one of many active and passive safety elements included in the Elevate. According to the automaker, this technology is based on Honda's well-known "Safety for Everyone" principle, which places a high priority on increasing the safety of both vehicles and other road users. The Elevate is also equipped with features like hill start assist, emergency stop signal, multi-angle rear-view camera, rear parking sensors, and ISOFIX-compatible rear side seats with lower anchorages & top tether to further ensure everyone's safety.
