Honda Cars India has announced the inclusion of additional safety features to every model in its portfolio, making the Elevate, City, and Amaze far safer than before. With a revised price tag, the Japanese automaker will now make three more safety features standard on all models. Following this, the City sedan will now be available at a starting price of Rs 12.08 lakh, whereas the Elevate SUV will retail for a starting price of Rs 11.91 lakh. Meanwhile, the cost of the Amaze begins at Rs 7.93 lakh. All mentioned prices are ex-showroom figures.

Honda Elevate, City and Amaze: New Features
In Elevate, City, and Amaze, Honda has included safety features like three-point seat belts with an Emergency Locking Retractor (ELR), six airbags, and seat belt reminders for every passenger.
Six airbags and sun visors with vanity mirrors for the driver and co-passenger are now standard on the Elevate SV, V, and VX models. These features were formerly exclusive to the top-of-the-line models. Now, a head restraint, a rear seatbelt reminder, and a rear centre three-point seatbelt are included with all other models. Following the addition of these amenities, the SUV's price has changed. The price now starts at Rs 11.91 lakh and goes up to Rs 16.43 lakh for the high-spec ZX model.
Honda has added six airbags and a seat belt reminder in the City and City Hybrid variants as well. Although the SV and V sedan models now have the former feature, the rest of the variants can be had with a seat belt reminder as standard equipment. Furthermore, the brand equipped the SV variant with a 4.2-inch colour TFT driver display and the VX variant with an 8-speaker premium surround sound system and a rear sunshade. All versions of the City Hybrid sedan will now come with a seat belt reminder as standard equipment. Starting at Rs 12.08 lakh, the price tops at Rs 20.55 lakh for the powerful hybrid variant.
Of the new features added to the Honda Amaze, the only one that came standard was seat belt reminders for all five seats. The sedan currently costs between Rs 7.93 lakh and Rs 9.86 lakh. All mentioned prices are ex-showroom.
