Honda has based the Special Edition of the Amaze on its S trim since it is one of the highest-selling grades of the model.
To boost sales during the upcoming festive season, Honda has launched a new Special Edition of the Amaze that's based on the mid-spec S trim. The Special Edition Amaze, like the S trim, is on sale in four variants, with prices starting from ₹7 lakh (Petrol MT) and going up to ₹7.9 lakh (Petrol CVT), ₹8.30 lakh (Diesel MT) and ₹9.10 lakh (Diesel CVT). All Special Edition variants are more expensive by ₹12,000 compared to their corresponding S variants. All price figures are ex-showroom, Delhi.
For the extra amount, the Special Edition Amaze offers unique body graphics, new seat covers, a sliding armrest at the front and Special Edition badging. It also gets Honda's 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system (Digipad 2.0) with Android Auto & Apple CarPlay connectivity, a feature that is offered as standard on the top-spec VX trim of the Amaze. Speaking of standard fitment, the Amaze's S trim comes equipped with features like central locking & keyless entry, power windows, power-adjustable/folding ORVMs, engine immobiliser, rear parking sensors, steering-mounted controls, etc.
Mechanically though, the Amaze Special Edition remains unchanged.
