The Ford Endeavour Sport will feature a blacked-out exterior theme, new alloy wheels, a new grille, and a few 'Sport' stickers.
It looks like Ford India wants to cater to those customers who have a penchant for blacked-out brawny SUVs. The 'Blue Oval' aims to do this with the new Endeavour Sport. Well, when we say new, we mean the new 'Sport' credentials that include a completely blacked-out exterior theme, a set of new alloy wheels, a new front grille, and 'Sport' decals. Apart from the exterior changes, the Endeavour Sport is expected to remain pretty much identical to the standard Endeavour.
The black exterior theme will be achieved by replacing all the chrome/silver panels & trim bits (like the front & rear skid plates, bumper inserts, ORVM casings, sidestep, wheels, and the front grille) of the Endeavour with counterparts finished in gloss black. However, the wheels will have a different beefier design, and the triple horizontal-slat grille will also be replaced by a mesh-pattern unit. We also expect the Endeavour Sport to be available with multiple colour options other than Black.
As mentioned above, the Endeavour Sport is unlikely to get any other changes than those listed just before. This means it'll continue to be powered by the 168bhp/420Nm 2.0-litre EcoBlue diesel engine, which comes paired to a new 10-speed automatic gearbox. Based on the information we've received from our sources, expect the Endeavour Sport to be launched on 22nd September.
