Force Motors launched the updated Gurkha 3-door SUV at Rs 16.75 lakh (ex-showroom) in early May 2024. Alongside, it also introduces a 5-door version with extra seats, additional features, and a more powerful engine, all of which command an ex-showroom price of Rs 18 lakh. While the bookings for the Gurkha twins began in late April 2024, Force has just begun their deliveries across India.
At the front, the Force Gurkha 5-door looks identical to its updated 3-door counterpart, with both versions getting a two-slat grille with Gurkha lettering, round LED headlamps, fog lights with cornering function, fender-mounted turn indicators, and a snorkel. When viewed from the side, the 5-door SUV features a 425mm longer wheelbase to make room for an additional third row of captain seats. Additionally, the SUVs get blacked-out door handles, chunky wheel arches, and 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.
