Citroen India has announced pricing for the new top-spec C3 Turbo Shine variant, which begins at Rs 8.80 lakh (ex-showroom). Although the Citroen C3 was introduced to the country last year, it was missing some features. Thus, Citroen introduced a new variant with segment-exclusive features to fill the gap. One of the new features is a 10-inch touchscreen that supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The new model may be purchased with two-tone paint finishes. Despite Citroen's many improvements to the C3 Shine, none of the C3 petrol models come with a tachometer, push-button start/stop, or automatic air conditioning. The C3 Turbo's Feel trim can be had for Rs 8.28 lakh (ex-showroom). The Vibe pack, which includes minor aesthetic upgrades, is available as an option for both the Feel and Shine models and costs an additional Rs 12,000 to Rs 15,000, depending on the trim.

Compared to rivals like the Maruti Suzuki Wagon R, the Maruti Suzuki Celerio, and the Tata Tiago, the C3 is now more competitive owing to its new trim level and standard equipment. Also competing with it are sub-4-metre SUVs like the Renault Kiger, the Nissan Magnite, and the Maruti Suzuki Fronx, as well as premium hatchbacks like the Maruti Suzuki Baleno, the Hyundai i20, and the Tata Altroz.
