Chevrolet launched the Enjoy today. The company first showcased this MPV at the Auto Expo in India in 2012. This is Chevrolet’s first MPV to hit the Indian market. The Chevrolet Enjoy is available in both petrol and diesel powertrains and comes in 3 variants – LS, LT and LTZ.

The Enjoy gets the 1.4-litre petrol engine which churns out 103 bhp and the 1.3-litre diesel unit which puts out 76 bhp. Both are mated to a five-speed manual transmission.

The Enjoy is essentially a 7-seater, however, the base trim LS is available with an 8-seat option where the middle row is replaced with what I can only call - a bench.  The interiors look spacious and the rest of the trims get captain seats in the middle row.

Chevrolet has priced the car very competitively and the petrol variant price begins from Rs. 5.49-6.99 lakhs while the diesel-powered Enjoy is priced at Rs. 6.69- 7.99 lakhs (all prices ex-showroom Delhi)

The Enjoy will prove to be a staunch competitor in this segment as it is priced below the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga. The pricing of this MPV might just tilt the balance in Chevrolet’s favour.
