The BYD Atto 3 Electric SUV was launched on November 14, 2022. Within just two months, the Chinese brand BYD (Build Your Dreams) reported that it delivered the first batch of over 340 Atto 3 premium electric SUVs in January 2023. During the same period, BYD managed to sell 23,321 samples of the Atto 3 globally. And now, the Chinese automaker has announced that its Atto 3 EV crossed the 5 lakh units production mark worldwide. Of these models, BYD recently delivered about 200 units of the Atto 3 SUV across 6 major Indian cities in a single day – Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kochi. For those who don't know, the Atto 3 electric vehicle is the company's second product in India, after the e6 MPV. While the Atto3 may be comparatively new for India, the SUV has been on sale in some international markets for quite some time.
