The new 330i Gran Turismo M Sport is locally assembled at BMW’s plant in Chennai.
BMW has launched a new variant of its unconventionally styled 3 Series Gran Turismo in India. Called 330i GT M Sport, it comes with M aerodynamic package, and M Sport interior package as standard fitments.
On the outside, the M aerodynamic package gives the 3 GT a new front bumper with bigger chin and more pronounced fog lamp housings, 18-inch M star spoke alloy wheels along with M badging on the front side panels, exclusive vehicle key with M strip, and tailpipe finisher in chrome high-gloss. The M Sport interior package features sport seats for driver and passenger, signature multifunction M leather steering wheel, M door sill finishers, and BMW Head-Up display.
Mechanically, the M Sport retains the standard 330i GT’s powertrain. The 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbo petrol engine develops 250bhp and a maximum torque of 350Nm. The car accelerates from 0-00km/h in 6.1 seconds. The motor is mated to a ZF-sourced 8-speed torque converter automatic gearbox that feeds power to the rear wheels. The BMW 330i Gran Turismo M Sport returns a fuel mileage of 15.34km/l (ARAI certified).
