Auto Expo 2023: The Sierra EV SUV concept from Tata Motors, which appears to be almost production-ready, was showcased at the 16th edition of the Auto Expo. An improved version of the Sierra EV concept that debuted at Auto Expo 2020 was revealed as the electric Tata Sierra SUV concept. According to the manufacturer, the Sierra EV SUV will go on sale by 2025. What's interesting to note is that a five-door version of the upcoming electric SUV concept was on display at the expo. Tata Motors' EV subsidiary, Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Limited recently revealed the official TVC of the Sierra.EV, which showed the car's front and highlighted a slew of details, which will be available in the soon-to-be-launched production edition.
The SUV gets a lengthy LED strip at the front, which runs horizontally across the width. It also has a sleek front fascia with no large grilles, as its electric powertrain does not require additional cooling. There is a large Tata insignia, a massive black bumper, and a large silver skid plate. The SUV's rear has a powerful upright stance and, like the front, an all-LED strip. The black panelling on the sides extends to the simple rear bumper.

Tata Motors showcased a three-door concept of the car at the 2020 Auto Expo, which has since been replaced by a more conventional and practical variant. The Sierra has been completely redesigned. The EV also receives a pair of distinctive alloy wheels and gets the enormous glasshouse and blacked-out C and D pillars of the original model. The sides similarly feature thick black panelling. It also gets a large silver skid plate at the back, indicating that it could be a strong off-roader.
The upcoming Tata Sierra EV's interior will feature a clutter-free dual-tone dashboard design. It will also include stylish air vents and a steering wheel with buttons on the bottom. The production vehicle will also be equipped with a digital instrument cluster, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and a sizable touchscreen infotainment system.
