Audi has opened a new Technical Service Centre in the financial capital of Mumbai to strengthen its after-sales service in the market.
The Centre is divided into workshop and training area with the former housing three climate control work bays for diagnosis and in-depth analysis of product concerns. The training facility will conduct boot camps for technical team as well as the dealer network.
Commenting on the new facility, Mr. Ulli Seyfferth - Head of Technical Service: Entire Vehicle - who was present at the inauguration said: “The Audi Technical Service Centre in India will enable us to obtain deeper insight into usage patterns of our cars and other local peculiarities as well as customer preferences in India. These learnings are equally important for us to adapt our products to suit the market requirements. The Audi Technical Service Centre will support technicians and service advisors from across the dealerships in India, as well as continuously cultivate their competence level to execute quality jobs and delight our customers."
Mr Joe King, Head, Audi India, added: “Customer delight has been our focus and our Customer Centric strategy has been instrumental in our success in the Indian market. Customers are serviced for life when they buy an Audi. Audi Technical Service Centre is a step in that direction.”
