In an exclusive event in Mumbai, Aston Martin announced the price of its latest offering DB11. You can buy this gorgeous machinery at an ex-showroom price of Rs 4.27 crore. The DB11 was first previewed in concept form in the latest James Bond movie - Spectre. The production version was then unveiled at this year's Geneva Motor Show.

The DB11 looks absolutely stunning in flesh. The long roofline, the edgy taillights, the alloy wheels and that sexy silhouette, make it a perfect show-stopper. The large horizontally slat front grille, the sharp cuts on the long hood and the uniquely shaped headlights, all give it the signature Aston Martin stance which exhibits performance, exclusivity, and stature. The DB11 looks new age thanks to a sharp design language, but it British car makers has successfully managed to retain its DNA.

The beauty of this car isn't just restricted to outside. At the heart of things, there is a 5.2-litre V12 twin-turbo that makes 600bhp of peak power and 700Nm of max torque. Mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission, the Aston Martin DB11 does the 0-100kmph dash in just 3.9 seconds and record a top speed of 322km/h.

In terms of dimensions, the DB11 is 4,739mm in length, 2,060mm wide, 1,279mm tall and has a wheelbase of 2,808mm which is 65mm longer than its predecessor. The increase in dimensions over the DB9 has allowed Aston Martin to make more space on the inside of the DB11. Up front, it gets 10mm extra headroom and at the back, it gets 54mm of increased headroom and 87mm more legroom than its predecessor.

Aston Martin DB11 Dashboard

Talking about the interior, the dashboard of the DB11 has Aston Martin written all over it with the large flowing centre console that is dominated by the infotainment screen at the top. The central screen is an 8-inch unit that comes with a character recognition in the touchpad controller. Overall, the attention to detail on the inside is phenomenal. Each and every element comes together in perfect union to give the DB11 the plushness you'd expect. The features list is long and includes, ABS, EBD, traction control, 360-degree camera, and more.

Aston Martin has already commenced bookings of the DB11 in India with the first lot of the cars expected to come in January 2017. Deliveries, however, will only commence around March 2017.
