Skoda is set to launch the highly anticipated second-gen Kodiaq in India, with its official launch scheduled for April 2025. Skoda Auto India’s brand director, Petr Janeba, recently shared this information during a media briefing at a drive event. Like its predecessor, the new Kodiaq will be locally assembled using Completely Knocked Down (CKD) kits. The premium three-row SUV will be offered in two trims – Sportline and Laurin & Klement (L&K) – each catering to distinct styling and feature preferences. The 2025 Kodiaq also boasts an updated design, a tech-rich cabin, and enhanced comfort features. Over the past few months, heavily camouflaged test units of this premium offering have been spotted on several occasions, suggesting its imminent launch on our shores. Production is slated to begin by the end of February at Skoda’s Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar plant in Maharashtra.
