2025 Renault Kiger, Triber Launched in India, Prices Start at Rs 6.10 Lakh
Renault has introduced the 2025 iterations of the Kiger and the Triber in India, with prices starting at Rs 6.10 lakh each (ex-showroom).

Renault has updated the Kiger and the Triber for 2025, with prices starting at Rs 6.10 lakh each (ex-showroom). Both models retain their design but benefit from upgraded features, Moreover, they are now E20 fuel-compatible, supporting the use of ethanol-blended petrol for a more sustainable drive. The Kiger competes against the Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV 3X0, Nissan Magnite, Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Fronx, and Tata Punch. The Triber, on the other hand, serves as an affordable 7-seater option to the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios and the Maruti Suzuki Swift.

Here's a breakdown of the new features and upgrades across the Renault Kiger and Triber model range.
2025 Renault Kiger: What's New?
The updated SUV is priced between Rs 6.10 lakh and Rs 11 lakh (ex-showroom). As part of the changes, Renault has focused on boosting convenience and technology in the Kiger. The base RXE trim now comes with all four power windows and central locking as standard. Additionally, the RXL variant includes an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility. It is also equipped with steering-mounted controls, and a reverse parking camera—previously restricted to higher trims.

The top-of-the-line RXZ variant also gets a boost with the addition of a smart access card and remote engine start, offering greater convenience. Finally, the RXT+ variant is now fitted with 15-inch flex wheels.

2025 Renault Triber: What's New?
The Renault Triber now begins at Rs 6.10 lakh for the base RXE Manual trim, reflecting a price increase of Rs 10,000 compared to the previous model. The top-end RXZ AMT variant remains priced at Rs 8.75 lakh. While all models now offer the convenience of power windows for all four doors and central locking, the RXL trim gets a substantial tech upgrade, with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. This version also includes rear speakers, steering-mounted audio controls, and a reverse parking camera. Adding to the enhancements, the RXT variant now sports 15-inch flex wheels.
2025 Renault Kiger, Triber: Mechanical Details
Both the SUVs are available with a 1-litre petrol engine that produces 71bhp and 96Nm, paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT.

Additionally, the Kiger offers a more powerful 1-litre turbo-petrol engine that generates 99bhp and up to 160Nm. This unit can be mated to a 5-speed manual transmission or a CVT gearbox.
