The 2025 Range Rover Sport has officially debuted in India with a starting price of Rs 1.45 crore (ex-showroom), bringing a blend of luxury, performance, and advanced technology to the premium SUV segment. Renowned for its dynamic road presence and refined interiors, the updated model offers notable features such as a head-up display (HUD), semi-aniline leather seats, and a host of cutting-edge driver-assistance technologies. Designed to deliver a perfect balance of comfort and agility, the SUV also comes equipped with a powerful engine lineup and all-wheel drive (AWD) for superior performance on diverse terrains. Additionally, the 2025 model is available in five fresh paint jobs: Fuji White, Santorini Black, Giola Green, Varesine Blue, and Charente Grey. With its enhanced luxury and advanced features, the new Range Rover Sport continues to rival high-end SUVs in the Indian market.

2025 Range Rover Sport: What's New?
Like its predecessor, the new model is built on the standard wheelbase and utilises the MLA-Flex platform. As mentioned, the luxury automaker has introduced the car for an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.45 crore. The new-gen version sees a price increase of Rs 15 lakh compared to the 2024 iteration but is still Rs 25 lakh less expensive than the previously available completely built-up unit.
The 2025 Range Rover Sport comes with several upgrades such as semi-aniline leather upholstery, massage functionality for the front seats, and a head-up display (HUD). These enhancements are paired with the familiar 13.1-inch curved touchscreen infotainment system, which continues to be a centrepiece of the cabin. Powered by the latest Pivi Pro operating system, the infotainment screen offers comprehensive controls for climate settings, media, and navigation.
Other standout features include new low-speed manoeuvering lights, advanced digital LED headlights, adaptive front lighting, and cabin air purification.

Earlier this year, the company began local manufacturing of its flagship SUVs in India, significantly reducing the prices of the Range Rover LWB and Range Rover Sport. It boasts an array of premium features, including air suspension, adaptive off-road cruise control, all-wheel drive, and more, ensuring a blend of luxury and capability.
2025 Range Rover Sport: Powertrain
Locally assembled in India, the 2025 Range Rover Sport is offered with two powertrain options. The petrol variant is equipped with a 3.0-litre Dynamic SE engine delivering 394bhp of maximum power and 550Nm of peak torque, while the diesel version features a 3.0-litre Dynamic SE engine generating 346bhp and 700Nm of torque. The company emphasises that these India-assembled units are exclusively for the domestic market.
