2025 Kia Seltos Launched in India with New Variants and More Features, Prices Start at Rs 11.13 Lakh
The price of the Kia Seltos SUV starts at Rs 11.13 Lakhs for the HTE(O) variant and tops out at Rs 20.50 lakh for the higher-spec X-Line version. Both are ex-showroom figures.

Kia has updated the Seltos for 2025 with new variants across both petrol and diesel engines. The prices now start at Rs 11.13 lakh and top out at Rs 20.50 lakh (ex-showroom). The new variants–HTE (O), HTK (O), and HTK+ (O) – bring premium features to more affordable price points, and expand the SUV's lineup to a total of 24 trim options. Mechanically, the Seltos stays the same, with three 1.5-litre engine options. The first is a naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces 113.4bhp and 144Nm and is paired with a 6-speed manual or 7-step CVT. The second is a turbo-petrol engine producing 157.8bhp and 253Nm, coupled with either a 6-speed iMT or 7-speed DCT.
The diesel unit is a third option, offering 114bhp and 250Nm, mated to either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission. Let's take a closer look at the features offered by the new variants.
2025 Kia Seltos: New Variants and Features
The standard Seltos HTE (O) variant is available with diesel and naturally-aspirated petrol engine options and has a price tag of Rs 11.13 lakh (ex-showroom). Features-wise, the new entry-level model offers an 8-inch touchscreen with Bluetooth connectivity, steering-mounted audio controls, a 6-speaker audio system, and a rearview mirror. It is also equipped with illuminated power windows on all doors, adding to the convenience and premium feel. The exterior stands out with connected tail lamps, LED DRLs/PSTN lamps, rear LED combination lamps, and auto headlamp control.
Similar to the entry-level model, the HTK (O) variant offers both naturally aspirated and diesel engine options and slots between the HTK and HTK Plus (O) trims. Priced starting at Rs 12.99 lakh (ex-showroom), it comes equipped with 16-inch alloy wheels, keyless entry, illuminated power windows on all doors, and a panoramic sunroof along with several additional features over the HTK variant. Other highlights include a rear wiper with a washer and defogger, as well as cruise control.

The HTK+ (O) variant sits between the HTK (O) and HTX trims, available with both petrol and diesel engines, starting at Rs 14.39 lakh. This model adds sequential turn indicators, 17-inch alloys, and LED fog lamps. Other notable amenities include ambient lighting, auto-folding ORVMs, and an electronic parking brake, which is offered exclusively with the CVT option.
