Toyota India has launched the Camry Hybrid at Rs 48 lakh (ex-showroom), combining fuel efficiency and premium cabin. Available in six different colours, the latest-generation Camry, which debuted globally in November last year, is already available in several international markets. The ninth-generation Camry offers a balanced driving experience and improved fuel economy, making it a practical choice for those seeking a sustainable luxury sedan. The Camry Hybrid features a modern design, advanced safety features, and a comfortable interior. As the demand for hybrid vehicles in India grows, the Toyota Camry Hybrid is positioned as a strong competitor in the luxury sedan segment.
2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid: Design
Design has always been a key strength of the Toyota Camry, and the company aims to continue this focus with the new model. The Camry will showcase subtle design updates compared to the current Indian-spec version.

The updated Camry will feature sleeker LED headlights, C-shaped DRLs, a new grille with horizontal slats, and a redesigned bumper with larger air intakes. The 19-inch alloy wheels will feature a fresh design, while the signature sloping roofline remains intact. At the rear, the car will sport new wraparound LED taillights for a modern and refined look.
These design changes enhance the Camry's overall appeal, reinforcing its position as a top contender in the luxury sedan segment.
2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid: Features
The 2025 model comes with a range of exciting upgrades, including a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, digital driver display, and wireless connectivity. The hybrid version adds ventilated seats, a new steering wheel, wireless charging, connected car tech, a revamped centre console, three-zone climate control, a Moonroof with tilt and slide, OTA updates, and a premium JBL sound system with nine speakers.
Toyota’s Safety Sense 3.0 ensures top-notch safety with features like rear cross-traffic alert, a 360-degree camera, blind spot monitoring, multiple airbags, and a 10-inch heads-up display. Level 2 ADAS includes lane-keep assist, automatic high beams, adaptive cruise control, pedestrian detection, and road sign recognition.
2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid: Platform and Powertrain
The 2025 Camry retain its 2.5-litre hybrid engine with three riding modes - eco, sport and normal. The front-wheel-drive model produces 230bhp with two electric motors and is paired to an eCVT automatic transmission. This hybrid sedan rides on 18-inch alloy wheels. Fuel efficiency is claimed to be 25 km/l by Toyota.

Since 2013, Toyota has been assembling the Camry in India, with the latest model also produced at its Bidadi facility in Karnataka.
