Skoda is preparing for the global debut of its new Kodiaq SUV and Superb sedan. The Czech automaker has recently revealed detailed images of the interiors and features in advance of their premiere. According to the teased image, the upcoming models will have a revamped dashboard layout, a larger free-standing infotainment unit, a relocated gear selector, as well as "smart" rotary controls along with a small screen housed inside. It is important to note that these dials, which are debuting in the new-generation Kodiaq and the Superb, are touted to offer simple access to a number of in-car features. The Kodiaq has vertically stacked vents and more leatherette upholstery, whilst the Superb has hidden air vents with vertical fins. According to Skoda, recycled polyester is used only in the upholstery. The gear selector is now located on the steering wheel column, much like in Mercedes-Benz cars, which is another significant alteration. Let's delve deeper into what both cars have in store for potential buyers.

Other anticipated features for the Kodiaq include connected car technology, an incorporated navigation system, a premium sound system, a display of performance-oriented features, a display of power delivery, and a display of off-road information. 2024 Skoda Superb, Kodiaq Interior: Powertrain
The Skoda Kodiaq and the Superb are built on an updated version of the MQB platform, just like the majority of the forthcoming ICE-powered vehicles from the Volkswagen Group. The available powertrains include diesel, gasoline, petrol mild hybrid, and plug-in hybrid models. They will all be coupled to a DSG automatic transmission that will distribute power to either the front wheels or all four axles. The plug-in hybrids blend a 1.5 TSI gasoline engine with a single electric motor and a bigger 25.7kWh battery to provide an electric range of over 100-kilometre.
