The 2024 Renault Kardian has officially made its debut internationally. The new SUV, which is built on an updated CMF-B platform, will initially go on sale in Latin America before heading to other emerging markets outside of Europe. The compact, modern, tech-focused Kardian is tailor-made for South Americans and is expected to go on sale in Brazil in 2024, followed by Morocco. Even though the Renault Kardian is unlikely to arrive on our shores, this SUV will serve as the basis for India-spec C-SUVs. In the Indian market, the Kiger, the Triber, and the Kwid currently form the Renault lineup, while the third-generation Duster will make its way into the country by 2025 and will go toe-to-toe with the Kia Seltos, the Hyundai Creta, the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, etc. Overseas, the 2024 Kardian, which has an Indian equivalent in the form of the Kiger, comes with a unique Renault double-layer grille, split headlamps, and muscular front and rear bumpers.

This vehicle clearly reinforces and modernises our B-segment range – first in Latin America, then in other markets such as Morocco."
