After confirming the hotter 2021 Elantra N Line, Hyundai has revealed the official design of its new performance sedan.
In March, Hyundai had pulled the wraps off the all-new seventh-gen Elantra. Two months later, the Korean marque confirmed that the 2021 Elantra line-up will further expand with a hotter N Line performance version. This was backed up by some images of a camouflaged test prototype. And now we know exactly how the new Elantra N Line will look like, thanks to the official design renderings released by Hyundai.
Compared to the standard Elantra, the N Line version will offer a much sportier look with a new body kit. At the front, Hyundai's signature cascading grille has been given an 'N Line' makeover. The bumper design is different too, with new motorsport-inspired air intakes with boomerang-shaped inserts being the biggest change. Of course, the car will be littered with 'N Line' badges both inside & outside. Further N Line changes include the ORVMs, side skirts, and window accents finished in gloss black. The Elantra N Line will also get bigger 18-inch wheels to complete the sporty look.
Surprisingly, Hyundai has gone for an old-school single-sided twin-pipe exhaust design for the Elantra N Line. However, a faux diffuser and a very subtle trunk spoiler will remind onlookers that it isn't the standard Elantra.
As for the 2021 Elantra N Line's powertrain and launch details, Hyundai has not revealed much. While we expect the global debut to happen within a few weeks, till that time, you can check out the 2021 Hyundai Elantra N Line's expected powertrain & performance stats here.
