Currently, the Citroen C5 Aircross is on offer with a 2.0-litre diesel engine that comes mated to a eight-speed automatic transmission. The power output is at par with the segment - 174.3bhp and 400Nm of torque. However, the C5 Aircross comes with a front-wheel-drive layout and misses out on an all-wheel-drive variant. That gives an upper hand to some of its rivals. The company claims that the new crossover SUV offers fuel efficiency of 18km/l.

Earlier last month, the manufacturer commenced pre-bookings for the C5 Aircross at a token amount of Rs 50,000. The benefits of pre-booking were announced as a five-year or 50,000km complimentary maintenance package for customers who will pre-book the C5 Aircross before April 6th, 2021.
