The Nissan Sunny has received a feature update in India while pricing of the car remains the same at Rs. 7.91 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
The 2017 model year, Nissan Sunny has been launched in India and has been loaded with features. Nissan has added an all new Sandstone Brown exterior colour, in addition to chrome finished door handles on the outside. The interior now gets an all black look with the help of black fabric seats and black interior panels. The Sunny comes with other features like push button start, and enhanced safety options including anti-lock braking (ABS), electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD), and brake assist (BA) in all grades with dual front and side airbags as well.
Powertrain and drive train options remain the same for the Sunny as the petrol duties is done by a 1,498cc, 4-cylinder engine that produces 98bhp and 134Nm of torque. This engine comes with a 5-speed manual or an option of a CVT automatic gearbox as well. A 1,461cc, 4-cylinder dci turbocharged engine is available as the Diesel option. The engine is only offered with a 5-speed manual and produces 85bhp and 200Nm of torque. The diesel engine has a rated fuel efficiency of 22.71 km/l.
The updated Nissan Sunny is available across all Nissan dealerships in India as of today and will come with their aftersales package with a 2- year/50,000 km warranty & free Road Side Assistance as standard which is now available across all cars in their line-up.
