Ultraviolette (UV) recently opened a new retail experience centre in Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra. Dubbed the Ultraviolette Space Station, it includes the company's first-ever showroom outside of Bengaluru, which is also the second-ever in the country after the Ultraviolette Hangar (UV's flagship showroom). The latter is spread across a 10,000 sqft. area, while the new experience centre has a total area of 2,100 sqft. The new facility aims to provide a comprehensive brand experience for current and potential customers.
Apart from a showroom, the Ultraviolette Space Station houses a display area, service centre, workshop, customer lounge, and charging infrastructure. It also offers a range of services including sales, on-call assistance, and advanced digital diagnostic capabilities. Visitors to the Space Station can explore interactive technology zones, navigate through tech-enabled merchandise, configure vehicles, book a test ride, buy a vehicle, and get access to an accessory zone. The facility also accommodates a vehicle delivery zone and provides comprehensive service support.

According to UV, the decision to open the showroom in Pune is influenced by a strong customer base already present in the city. The company is currently working toward introducing more showrooms across India, with Mumbai being the next one. While the exact launch date is under wraps, it will see the light of day in early September.
Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 Now Sold Through New Showroom
The Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2, launched in April 2024, will now also be sold through the newly inaugurated showroom. The move is likely to bring more customers to this outlet and make the bike more approachable to a large set of customers. The F77 Mach is the company's fastest and most powerful electric motorcycle in India, ranging from Rs 2.99 lakh to Rs 3.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
The motorcycle is available in two range variants: Mach 2 and Mach 2 Recon. The most powerful Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 draws power from a 40bhp (30kW) electric motor connected to a 10.3kWh battery pack. The company claims that the Mach 2 Recon yields an intercity range of 323km (IDC), an increase of 16km over the F77's maximum range. This results in a 0-60km/h sprint time of 2.8 seconds, while 0 to 100km/h takes 7.7 seconds. Meanwhile, the standard variant of the Mach 2 uses a 36bhp (27kW) motor mated to a 7.1kWh battery pack, offering an IDC range of 211km.
Features-wise, the F77 Mach 2 offers new graphics for a 5.0-inch TFT display, as well as onboard navigation, hill hold, charge limits, and Find My F77. It also gets 10 levels of switchable regenerative braking, an active collision warning system (ACWS), Delta Watch (detects tampering with the bike and alerts the rider), rear light flashes, and three riding modes.
