Strong sales of the Victor 110 help push TVS' market share to 8 per cent in the motorcycle segment in India.
In January 2016, TVS relaunched the Victor with a smaller 110cc engine. Dubbed the Victor 110, the motorcycle has now gone on to become a sales hit for the manufacturer. Reportedly, TVS has sold over 1 lakh units of the Victor 110 in the first three quarters of 2016.
As per TVS, the new Victor’s sales have helped push the company’s market share to overall 8 per cent in the motorcycle segment in India. In the next two years, TVS is targeting to attain 10-12 per cent market share and believes the Victor will play significant role.
Commenting on the achieverment, Arun Siddharth, Vice President – Marketing (Motorcycles), TVS Motors said, “We are delighted to have 1 lakh families join us on this journey to spread smiles.
