Aprilia has stirred the Indian motorcycle market by introducing a slew of superbikes, including the Tuareg 660, the RSV4 Factory, the RS 660, and the Tuono 660. The Tuareg 660 has launched in India for the first time, while the RSV4 Factory, the RS 660, and the Tuono 660 have been reintroduced. In terms of price, the Tuareg 660 starts at Rs 18.85 lakh, while the Tuono 660 costs Rs 17.44 lakh. On the other hand, the RS 660 and the RSV4 Factory are priced at Rs 17.74 lakh and Rs 31.26 lakh, respectively. These are ex-showroom prices. Except for the RSV4 Factory, which has a 1099cc engine, the trio of 660cc Aprilia superbikes have the same twin-cylinder 659cc engine, with different power and torque outputs. Aprilia Tuareg 660
The price of the brand-new Aprilia Tuareg 660 ranges between Rs 18.85 lakh and Rs 19.16 lakh (ex-showroom, India), depending on the colour. The first ADV by Aprilia in India is propelled by a 659cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine with a six-speed gearbox that produces 80bhp and 79Nm. In terms of hardware, the middleweight motorcycle features KYB's fully adjustable 43mm USD front fork and rear mono-shock unit. It has twin front discs and a single rear disc for braking. The new Tuareg 660 sports 21-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels with tubeless tyres.
The impressive feature list of the mid-size adventure touring bike includes four ride modes (two of which can be customised), switchable ABS, multiple levels of traction control, cruise control, engine brake control, and a 5-inch TFT display. In India, the Tuareg 660 competes with the Honda XL750 Transalp (Rs 11 lakh), the Suzuki V-Strom 800DE (Rs 10.30 lakh), and the BMW F850 GS (Rs 12.95 lakh). It comes in three colours: Atreides Black, Canyon Sand, and Evocative Dakar Podium.

Aprilia RS 660
The mid-sized, full-faired Aprilia sportbike is now priced at Rs 17.74 lakh (ex-showroom), in India. At this cost, the motorcycle has witnessed a significant price hike of Rs 4.35 lakh from its 2021 launch. The motorcycle comes in three colors: Racing Black, Acid Gold, and Tribute. It is equipped with a 6-axis IMU, three-level cornering ABS, engine brake control, adjustable wheelie control, cruise control, five riding modes, and traction control. The RS 660 features a twin-cylinder 659cc engine and a 270-degree firing system that produces a maximum power of 99bhp at 10,500rpm and a peak torque of 67Nm at 8500rpm. It has a 6-speed transmission with a bi-directional quick-shifter (standard). The Aprilia bike's suspension includes a 41mm Kayaba USD front fork (120mm travel) and an asymmetric rear monoshock (130mm travel), both of which are adjustable rebound and preload. The braking system consists of 320mm twin discs in the front and a 220mm rotor in the rear.
In addition, Aprilia has relaunched the Tuono 660, the sport-naked variant of the RS. Both models are identical except for their design, ergonomics, and power outputs. The middleweight naked sportbike uses the same 659cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine as its faired sibling but puts out 94bhp and 61Nm. It has a six-speed gearbox as standard but offers a bi-directional quick-shifter as an option. The 2024 Tuono 660 is offered in two colours, Rush Grey and Torque Red, and costs Rs 17.44 lakh (ex-showroom).
Aprilia RSV4 Factory
The Aprilia RSV4 Factory is currently priced at Rs 31.26 lakh (ex-showroom), which is a Rs 6 lakh increase from its previous price. The flagship superbike is only available in Ultra Gold colour. It has a liquid-cooled 1099cc V4 engine that produces massive 214bhp and 125Nm of performance numbers with a 6-speed transmission, a slip-and-assist clutch, and a bidirectional quickshifter. The bike includes an Aprilia Performance Ride Control suite, which consists of an engine brake, engine map, quickshifter, cruise control, adjustable traction control, and ABS with cornering capabilities.
