The Speed T4 borrows the key design features of the standard Speed 400 such as the round LED headlamp, sculpted fuel tank, single-piece seat, alloy wheels, exhaust, and taillamp. However, the Speed T4 is available in new paint jobs: Metallic White, Cocktail Wine Red, and Phantom Black. Triumph removed the gold finish from the front suspension, resulting in a more basic setup compared to the Speed 400.
The 2024 Classic 350 maintains its predecessor’s classic design elements, including the teardrop-shaped fuel tank, large mudguard, and round headlamp. However, to revamp its look, Royal Enfield has incorporated LED lighting into various components such as the headlamp, taillamp, and turn indicators. Notably, the LED headlamp on the bike is the same as that on the Shotgun 650 and Super Meteor 650. The new Classic 350 is available in seven colours – Madras Red, Commando Sand, Jodhpur Blue, Emerald, Medallion Bronze, Sand Grey, and Stealth Black – across five variants: Heritage, Heritage Premium, Signals, Dark, and Emerald.

The recently launched Speed T4 is based on the Indian-built Triumph Speed 400, featuring the same 398.15cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine. This unit belts out 30.6bhp of maximum power at 7,000rpm and 36Nm of peak torque at 5,000rpm, which is 8.9bhp and 3.5Nm less than the Speed 400. The British bikemaker claims the T4 enhances power in the lower to mid-rev range. Furthermore, it comes with a six-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch.
In contrast, the Classic 350 is powered by the 349cc air-oil-cooled J-series engine, which produces 20bhp at 6,100rpm and 27Nm of torque at 4,000rpm, paired with a five-speed gearbox.
