Prior to the Triumph Tiger Trails Spiti 2.0 ride, participants will receive 5-days of off-road training
It is that time of the year when enthusiasts take their steeds up north into the Himalayas. Just yesterday, Bajaj released the schedule of the Avenger FLG rides program starting with a ride to Leh closely followed by a trip to the Spiti Valley.
Now, Triumph India has also announced the schedule of the second Tiger Trails adventure to Spiti. The Tiger Trails Spiti 2.0 ride will be flagged off on 22nd July from Shimla and will end on 27th July in Manali. Fifteen riders will participate in this second edition of the Tiger Trails Spiti. Prior to the ride, the participants will get special off-road training from veteran rider and ace rallyist Vijay Parmar. Apart from the off-road training, riders will also get real-time training and feedback during the ride to improve their skills on the motorcycle. Riders will cover an average distance of over 150 kilometres a day.
Speaking about the ride, Vimal Sumbly, Managing Director of Triumph Motorcycles India said, “The Tiger Trails welcomes active riders who already travel extensively but also seek to make the most of their Tigers. We will be working on more of these curated programmes to further our commitment to building a safe riding culture in India, and to promote the spirit of adventure in the country.”
Safety is of utmost priority for Triumph India. The British bike maker will provide full support to the participants during the ride including a sweep vehicle, mechanics, spare parts and food supplies.
