The Ducati Panigale V4 S World Champion Replicas are based on the Ducati Panigale V4 S.
Ducati Motor Holding has showcased two limited editions of Ducati Panigale V4 bikes in Italy to celebrate the success of Francesco Bagnaia in MotoGP and Alvaro Bautista in WorldSBK. The bikes will flaunt the original signature of the respective rider on their tanks. These bikes will be a limited edition, as only 260 units will be produced. The two limited edition bikes will sport the liveries of the bikes on which the aforesaid riders won their individual titles. Additionally, authenticity certificates, devoted technical tools, and packing cases will also be the same.

The Panigale V4 2022 World Champion Replica bikes will have only a single-seat configuration. The technical setup of the bikes will encompass a nine-disc STM-EVO SBK dry clutch, an Akrapovic street-legal silencer, which is 2kgs lighter than the Panigale V4's stock unit, Brembo brakes with Stylema R callipers, and an MCS master cylinder with remote adjustment, Rizoma billet aluminium adjustable footpegs, and racing plexiglass.
The rear exhaust manifold heat shield, alternator cover, front and rear fenders, and front brake ducts have been made using carbon fibre. The cover securing the single-sided swingarm has been made by using both titanium and carbon fibre.

The major difference between the two bikes, aside from colour and graphics, will be that the Bautista bike will have silver wheels and a brushed aluminium tank.
