Suzuki already has the Access 125 SE on sale in three colours. They have now added a fourth, matte burgundy shade to the palette. The Access 125 SE is priced at Rs 61,788 (ex-showroom)
It seems to be a day of special editions. Earlier today, Skoda announced the launch of the limited-edition Rapid Rider, and now, Suzuki has brought in the Access 125 SE. Suzuki already had the Access 125 SE on sale in the matte black, metallic silver and pearl white paint schemes, now they have added a matte burgundy to the palette. This new special edition variant is priced at Rs 61,788 – same as the other colour options on sale. In line with the new regulations, the Suzuki has fitted the Access 125 SE with CBS and a front disc brake.
Commenting on the launch, Devashish Handa, Vice President, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. said, “Suzuki Access 125 continues to enjoy the title of the bestselling scooter in its segment in the country, and now we are glad to bring a renewed Special Edition to celebrate the spirit of our riders. The much loved family scooter offers better mileage without compromising on power, performance and style. Access 125 is a major contributor in Suzuki’s India growth story and we are committed to make it even better to resonate the love received from the customer.”
In comparison to the standard model, the Access 125 SE comes with a few cosmetic changes. It sports round chrome mirrors, alloy wheels finished in black, brown floor board and inside panels, and a tan seat. The scooter also gets a DC charging socket.
At the heart, the Suzuki Access 125 SE continues to sport the same 124cc air-cooled heart that pushes out 8.6bhp and 10.2Nm. Braking duties are performed by a disc brake up front and a drum setup at the back.
Bookings for the matte burgundy colour of the Access 125 SE have already begun and the scooter has already arrived at certain dealerships.
