Royal Enfield joins hands with Happy Socks to reveal a limited edition Continental GT with new funky colours. Happy Socks themed RE apparel and accessories now also on sale
In the automotive space, we often see manufacturers joining hands with renowned apparel brands as is the case with Ferrari/BMW and Puma. The latest such association is a bit unique though. Royal Enfield has now collaborated with Happy Socks to introduce what it calls the capsule collection. In this unique collaboration, both brands celebrate the spirit of fun in the form of funky and colourful limited edition apparel that includes motorcycling jackets, sweat shirts, t-shirts helmets, boxers and of course socks.
Taking inspiration from Happy Socks’ apparel, Royal Enfield also showcased two special edition Continental GTs that come with a multi-coloured paint scheme. Call it loud or gaudy if you will, this Continental GT is sure to turn a lot of heads. Four of these limited edition Continental GTs will be on display at Happy Socks stores in cities like London, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Mumbai.
This is not the first time that Royal Enfield has introduced limited edition versions of their products. Last year the bike maker launched the Despatch Rider Motorcycle celebrating its history that dates back to the World War days.
Samrat Som, Head, Apparel & Accessories Business at Royal Enfield, said “After our first experiment of creating a limited edition motorcycles (Classic range) inspired by Royal Enfield’s Despatch Rider gear collection, which was a major success, this is yet another and first of its kind collaboration for us, in an attempt not just create an apparel collection that is out of the box and exciting, but also give the Royal Enfield Continental GT a unique look like never before.”
This line of limited edition apparel and accessories will be available at RE stores in Mumbai, New Delhi and Bangalore. The unisex socks and boxers will also be available in all Happy Socks stores across the globe.
