At Motoverse 2023, Royal Enfield officially revealed the price of the factory custom version of the Shotgun 650, dubbed the Shotgun 650 Motoverse Edition. Launched alongside the new Himalayan bike, the Motoverse Edition is limited to only 25 units, each priced at Rs 4.25 lakh (ex-showroom, India). Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Motoverse Edition vs Super Meteor 650: Engine
The Motoverse Edition uses the same 648cc parallel-twin cylinder engine as its other 650cc siblings, namely, the Continental GT, Interceptor, and Super Meteor. However, the engine in the Shotgun 650 is offered in a different state of tune. While the power and torque figures are under wraps, we expect the bike to offer similar peak output figures as those of the other 650cc Royal Enfield bikes, which are rated at 47bhp and 52Nm. For transmission, both the Motoverse Edition and the Super Meteor 650 use a 6-speed unit.

Other notable bits on the Shotgun 650 include LED lighting, a round headlamp with a custom nacelle, chopped fenders, bar-end mirrors, a differently designed fuel tank, and twin blacked-out peashooter exhausts. Both motorcycles come with the same semi-digital instrument cluster with the brand's Tripper Navigation system.
