Royal Enfield has initiated the deliveries of its newest 650 model, the Bear 650, to customers nationwide. The scrambler variant of the Interceptor 650 was launched last month. It is offered in a choice of five distinct paint jobs: Broadwalk White, Petrol Green, Wild Honey, Golden Shadow, and Two Four Nine. The Bear 650 starts at Rs 3.39 lakh for the Broadwalk White variant, with the Petrol Green and Wild Honey colours priced at Rs 3.44 lakh. The Golden Shadow edition is available for Rs 3.51 lakh, while the most expensive option, the Two Four Nine colourway, costs Rs 3.59 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom figures.
The Bear 650 channels the spirit of classic scramblers from the 1960s and 1970s, adopting a pared-down design focused on utility and performance. It resembles a rugged, terrain-capable variant of the RE Interceptor 650, stripped to its essentials for a minimalist appeal. The design elements comprise large tyres with open square treads, contoured scrambler seats, and a raised rear loop.
