Ola Electric has lately added new variants to its existing S1 and the S1 Air line-up in India. Now, the Ola S1 and the S1 Air will each be available in three new trims, with three new battery pack options. In addition, they will also differ in terms of range and top speed. Earlier, the base S1 Air variant had a 2.5kWh battery pack and a range of 101 kilometres (IDC). In order to purchase the S1 Air, buyers had to shell out Rs 84,999 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). After the rejig, the new Ola S1 Air comes with a new 2kWh battery. Now, the buyers can place their orders for the less powerful S1 Air (2kWh) at the same price of Rs 84,999 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru).
On the other hand, the base Ola S1 variant will be available at a starting price of Rs 99, 999 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). The Ola S1 also begins with a 2kWh (low range) battery pack option as the S1 Air. The S1 Air and the S1 differ in terms of suspension, tyres, wheels, etc.

Ola S1 Air: Variants, Prices, Features
The Ola S1 Air begins with a 2kWh battery pack option, followed by 3kWh and 4kWh variants. The base S1 Air is priced at Rs 84,999, while the mid-tier 3kWh version costs Rs 99,999. The top-tier 4kWh variant, on the other hand, demands Rs 1.09 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom, Bengaluru.
The 2kWh base version of the S1 Air will offer a range of 85 kilometres. While the 3kWh and 4kWh variants will have a range of 125 kilometres and 165 kilometres, respectively. However, all three variants will have the same 4.5kW motor and an identical top speed of 85km/h. The scooter can be charged up to 100 per cent in about 4.5 hours.
The Ola S1 Air gets a 7.0-inch touchscreen display, which runs the latest version of MoveOS 3.0. The electric scooter is equipped with a 7.0-inch touchscreen display with OTA updates, music playback, Bluetooth connectivity, remote boot lock/unlock, GPS, and more. Apart from standard riding modes (Normal, Sports, and Eco), it also has a reverse mode and a side stand alert.
Design-wise, the Ola S1 Air gets a flat footboard, standard telescopic front forks, dual shock absorbers at the rear, drum brakes, and a grab-rail. The scooter is available in five dual-tone body colour shades – Jet Black, Neo Mint, Porcelain White, Liquid Silver, and Coral Glam.

The Ola S1 also comes in three new trims with three battery back options – 2kWh, 3kWh, and 4kWh. The price of the base variant S1 (2kWh) is Rs 99,999. While the 3kWh is available at Rs 1.09 lakh, the top-spec 4kWh (S1 Pro) is offered at 1.30 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom, Bengaluru.
In comparison to the Ola S1 Air, the base trim of the Ola S1 delivers an IDC range of 91 kilometres on a single charge. The 3kWh and 4kWh variants of the S1 will have a range of 141 kilometres and 181 kilometres, respectively. While all three variants share the same 8.5kW motor, their top speed varies. The entry-level variant will have a claimed top speed of 90km/h, the mid-tier of 95km/h, and the top-spec of 116km/h.

Feature-wise, the Ola S1 gets a 7.0-inch touchscreen display with MoveOS 3.0 connectivity, on-the-go music, on-screen navigation, customised widgets, and more. All three variants will have Normal, Eco, and Sports riding modes. But, the range-topping S1 Pro will have the additional 'Hyper Mode'. The Ola S1 will be offered in different colour schemes – Gerua, Matt Black, Coral Glam, Marshmellow, Porcelain White, Millennial Pink, Jet Black, Liquid Silver, and more.
