At this year's International Motorcycle and Accessories Exhibition (EICMA), Ultraviolette Automotive is to unveil its new electric bike. An official teaser posted on X (formerly Twitter) gives us a glimpse of what we can expect. The 29-second video suggests that the bike will have an aerodynamic design, given the sharp lines on the side panels and the absence of the headlight. While it appears to be based on the F99 Factory Racing Platform concept that the company showcased at the Auto Expo 2023, the upcoming electric bike borrows a TFT display from the fastest all-electric motorcycle in India – the F77. Ultraviolette's new performance EV has the potential to touch the 200km/h mark, as evident in the teaser video. Expect the new electric vehicle to get a larger battery pack and an enhanced electric motor than that of the F77.

Ultraviolette F77: Drivetrain
For reference, the Ultraviolette F77 is equipped with a 36.2bhp (27kW) air-cooled motor connected to a 7.1kWh battery pack. The company claims that the F77 offers a maximum range of 206km (IDC) and a top speed of 140km/h. Meanwhile, the Recon and Space Edition are equipped with a 39bhp (29kW) and a 40bhp (30.2kW) motor, respectively. These versions can be had with a 10.3kWh battery unit, with a range of 307km (IDC). New Ultraviolette Electric Bike: Power, Top Speed
Assuming that it will be based on the Ultraviolette F99, the new electric bike will feature a 120V architecture. Plus, the bike is expected to have the same electric motor that powers the F99. If so, it will have a power output of 65bhp. According to Ultraviolette, this will help propel the bike to a top speed of 200km/h. However, the brand has yet to divulge the technical details of the bike.
The new Ultraviolette electric bike will be featured along with the F77 at the upcoming EICMA trade show, which is set to begin on November 7, 2023. With this, the company will make its debut in the European market, indicating its plans to expand its reach in the global market.
