TVS Motor Company has confirmed the debut of the Apache RTR 310 with a teaser post across all of its social media channels. According to the teaser video, the official release date of the Apache RTR 310 will be September 6, and the firm is already accepting pre-bookings for Rs 3,100 on its official website. The new motorcycle, which will likely be known as the Apache RTR 310, is going to be a naked version of the existing Apache RR 310. The teaser video shows that the new motorcycle will have a split LED headlamp and a sculpted fuel tank, and it also seems to be quite small in size. In addition, the soon-to-be-released Apache RTR 310 motorcycle has been observed many times undergoing testing, exhibiting a tail light with twin pods, derived from the RR 310, turn indicators and a licence plate positioned on the rear tyre hugger.
New TVS Apache RTR 310: What's new in the Trailer?
The teaser video shows a silhouette of the motorbike from various perspectives before cutting to action stunt sequences, the first of which reveals a few characteristics of the motorcycle while the latter shows off the bike's personality. The Apache RTR 310 will have the same underpinnings as the fully-faired Apache RR 310, but its design will be more in line with the rest of the RTR lineup, including its exposed mechanicals and chassis.

The bike will have a snarling front end with a pair of split-type LED headlamps. The tank's sharp angles emphasise the bike's menacing appearance. The saddle will have a rear subframe that is visible and will have a split seat design. In a nod to TVS's recent motorbikes, the taillight will be of the split-type kind.
In addition, the bike will include a monoshock in the back and a gold-finished upside-down fork up front. Like the RR 310 BTO version, TVS is likely to provide adjustable suspension as an extra feature on the RTR 310. The motorcycle will use petal-type disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels, which will be fitted with dual-channel ABS. In addition to the existing capabilities provided on the Apache RR 310, it is possible that TVS may contemplate the inclusion of additional functionalities like as traction control, a quick-shifter, and other improvements for the RTR 310 model.
New TVS Apache RTR 310: Engine
The Apache RTR 310 is probably going to be built on the same trellis frame as the present RR 310. As with the fully-faired version, the RTR 310 will likely be powered by a 312.2cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine. The engine has a maximum power output of 33.5bhp at 9,700 rpm, accompanied by a peak torque of 27.3Nm at 7,700 rpm.

There hasn't been an official update, but word on the street is that TVS may be experimenting with gear ratios and engines to make them more suited to the bike's naked-street aesthetic.
