The Mahindra Mojo exclusive dealership in Bengaluru is the first two-wheeler brand specific outlet in the country.
Mahindra has opened a first of a kind exclusive dealership for its flagship motorcycle, the Mojo. The dealership is located in Bengaluru and is the first two-wheeler brand specific outlet in the country. What this means is that it will only serve Mojo customers.
Apart from selling bikes, the newly inaugurated dealership also includes a workshop and has accessories, merchandise and customisation options available for Mojo owners. The new outlet is inspired by the Mojo owners’ community – Mojo Tribe, and as a result, it has planned sections showcasing the essentials of riding & the adventure of ‘Trails of Mojo Tribe’. As per the company, the dealership will also serve as a biker’s hangout for the motorcycle enthusiasts in Bengaluru.
Commenting on the development, Naveen Malhotra, Sr. GM – Sales, Marketing & Product Planning, Mahindra Two Wheelers said, “We have always believed in biking being a lifestyle & attitude than just a product and hence we took the unconventional route right from the launch of the ‘Mojo Tribe’ for Mojo owners to the ‘Trails of Mojo Tribe’ which took the owners to experience the bike in diverse terrains. The launch of this Exclusive Dealership is a natural progression in our strategy to build this biking culture by providing a platform for bike enthusiasts to explore, engage and experience the brand Mojo in a holistic fashion."
The Mahindra Mojo has a decent following in India, especially among motorcycle tourers. The motorcycle is powered by a liquid-cooled 295cc single-cylinder engine developing 26.8bhp @ 8,000rpm and 30Nm @ 5,500rpm, which is refined and is perfectly suited for touring. In fact, Mahindra recently launched the Mojo Touring edition in the country with extra goodies that are useful while touring on a motorcycle. Besides that, Mahindra is also planning to launch a more affordable version of the Mojo in the coming time, which will miss out on a few features such the upside down front forks.
