Keeway, the QJ Motor-owned Hungarian brand, recently revealed its new rally-inspired adventure bike. Called the TX450R, it is due to go on sale in the international market; although, it remains unclear whether this motorcycle will arrive in the Indian market. If the brand plans on doing so, it is not likely to be launched anytime soon. The Keeway TX450R appears to be inspired by the Dakar Rally bikes, and is aimed at those seeking a thrill. Having said that, it comes with a unique fairing at the front, all-LED illumination, long seat mounts on a massive fuel tank, as well as a 5.0-inch colour TFT screen. Other bits include wide tubular handlebars, backlit switchgear, and two 12V charging sockets.
Keeway TX450R: Engine, Output
Coming to its mechanicals, the new Keeway bike comes powered by a 449cc, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, single-cylinder engine that cranks out 44bhp at 8,000rpm and 38Nm of peak torque. The fuel is fed to the engine via three separate tanks that offer a combined capacity of 28 litres. Transmission duties are handled by a 6-speed gearbox, transmitting power to the rear wheel.

To suit the character of the adventure bike, the TX450R comes with 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels shod with Pirelli RallyCross MT21 tyres.
