Honda has begun selling the Hornet 2.0 and the CB 200X through its BigWing network of showrooms, alongside the CB350 lineup, Honda NX500, Africa Twin, XL 750 Transalp, and the Gold Wing. For those not aware, the company's BigWing dealerships were previously exclusive to the premium and higher-capacity offerings but are now more accessible to a diverse customer base.
With the inclusion of the sub-300cc motorcycles for the first time, it is evident that Honda has classed the Hornet 2.0 and the CB 200X as premium products for India. While the exact reason is not known yet, this could be done to generate sales at BigWing dealerships since these premium dealership outlets generally see lower customer footfalls than regular Honda dealerships.
